At One Realty MX, we are committed to ensuring that every real estate transaction is conducted with transparency and in full compliance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC), its regulations, and applicable official standards. We recognize and uphold the following rights for our clients:

  • Clear and truthful information: You have the right to receive accurate, updated, and transparent information about the properties we offer, regardless of the communication channel (including digital platforms). This includes all relevant features to help you make an informed decision.
  • Full disclosure of property details: Including land size, built area, structure, installations, finishes, accessories, parking availability, shared areas, services, and overall physical condition of the property.
  • Freedom to choose: You are free to choose the property that best fits your needs, preferences, and budget.
  • No payments without proper documentation: Except for previously agreed upon deposits or operational expenses, you are not required to make any payments until a formal written agreement is in place.
  • Registered adhesion contract: You will sign an adhesion contract authorized by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), which clearly states the terms and conditions of the transaction. Once signed, you will receive a copy for your records.
  • Guaranteed safety and quality: Properties must comply with all applicable safety and quality standards as outlined by law and in the information provided to you.
  • Timely delivery: The property will be delivered on time and under the conditions agreed upon in the contract.
  • Warranty rights: In the event of defects or issues attributable to the provider, you have the right to exercise applicable warranties, including repairs, replacement of the property, or cancellation of the contract.
  • Refunds or compensation: If issues persist after warranty claims, you are entitled to a refund or fair compensation under the LFPC.
  • Accessible customer service: You will have free access to consultation channels to make inquiries, submit requests, complaints, or suggestions. You will also be informed of the provider’s official address for receiving formal notifications.
  • Legal protection: You have the right to seek protection from the relevant authorities and file complaints or claims whenever necessary.
  • Data privacy: One Realty MX will provide you with a Privacy Notice detailing how your personal data will be handled, and the mechanisms to exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition).
  • Equal treatment without discrimination: You cannot be denied service or access to housing for reasons of gender, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Freedom to choose a notary: You may freely choose the public notary to handle the deed and legal paperwork of your purchase.
